Glow In The Dark Pumpkin Explosion! 

Ingredients:
Highlighters
Vinegar
Dish Soap
Baking soda
Black Light

Directions:
1. Break open the highlighters.

2. Make your activator liquid by soaking the inside felt of a highlighter in a cup of vinegar.

3. Add a teaspoon of liquid dish soap

4. In your carved pumpkin, add a 1/4 cup of baking soda at the bottom.

5. Under a blacklight, pour and stir the potion with a spoon and see what happens!!
