Prospectus & Submission
Please read the prospectus in its entirety for complete rules and guidelines.
Page 1 will ask for artist’s email and password-this is for the Perkins inventory file.
Page 2 will ask for membership information (all exhibiting artists are asked to become a member at any level) .
If artist is already a member and/or after new member completion, artists will be guided to page 3 to complete intake for the show.

Entry Requirements & Specifications:
Submission Process:
All artists must submit to our website.
• All work must be hand-delivered on the receiving dates.
• All work must be labeled on the back with title, medium, price and artist’s name.
Framing Information & Instructions:
All entries must be framed & wired on the back or canvas not framed must have painted edges. Heavy frames, box frames & shadow boxes must ALSO have a zigzag catch at the top back.
Damage occurring because of improperly wired works will not be insured. Works matted and on paper must be framed and covered with glass or Plexiglass or they will not be insured.
The following will NOT be accepted:
• sandwich frames (2 pieces of glass or plexiglass joined by clips)
• alligator clips/zig-zag hangers at top of frame, unless the work is also wired
• tabletop frames
Size Requirements:
Maximum framed size: 50” x 50”
