AWARDS
Awards totaling $1,200
MUSEUM PURCHASE AWARD
One photo in the exhibition will be selected by Peter Barberie, Curator of Photographs, Philadelphia Museum of Art, for their permanent collection. The maximum payment to the artist for the Purchase Award (funded by Perkins Center) is $600.
PERKINS CURATORS AWARD
Three artists will be invited by Perkins Center’s Curators for inclusion in a future exhibition at our Collingswood Gallery in 2021.
ABOUT OUR JUROR
Bill Horin is a professional commercial photographer and videographer with over 35 years of experience. Horin is also the founder and creative director of ArtC, an organization dedicated to the promotion of the arts in South Jersey and recently Strobe for South Jersey’s visual artists.
Mr. Horin was the publisher of two magazines dedicated to the arts: ArtBeat and Envision. In the past eight years, Horin has produced award-winning videos and documentaries about artists and the arts in New Jersey and for the past two years, he has been the producer and host of the Emmy nominated ArtC with Bill Horin TV show.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
