Like a Rolling Stone
Perkins Center’s Conservatory Faculty and Friends cover your favorites by The Rolling Stones.
Mike Wessner | Tom Cavanagh | Robb McCall | Pauline McCall
Dan O’Neill | Mike Nikolidakis | Dave Zagorsky | Rachael Karpo
“The Rolling Stones were one of the earliest British Invasion bands to hit America. In contrast to The Beatles’ clean image, the Stones were ragged; the kind of guys a girl’s father would warn to stay away from. With their music rooted in the Blues, the Stones have become the premier marquee band. After fifty years their music has not faded away nor have they burned out. They continue on as the unparalleled kings of decadent Rock ‘n Roll.”
