All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to Perkins Center for the Arts by stated deadlines. Phone calls will not be accepted as withdrawal notification.

Membership fees and gift certificates are not refundable.

Up to 7 days prior to the first class: Full refund, minus a $20 processing fee. 6 days prior to and until the day of 1st class: 75% refund. After 1st class, but before 2nd class: 50% refund.

No refunds will be made thereafter.

Refund Policy for Camp 2020 – Camp families have up until 4 days before (Thursday prior to the start of a camp session) the start of a session to withdraw without incurring a cancellation fee. Significant care and planning is going into making camp a safe and fun experience for each and every child.
No refunds will be made thereafter.

Closures – If Perkins Center needs to close camp for any reason, pro-rated refunds will be issued.

Ticket purchases for concerts and special events are not refundable.

If Perkins Center cancels a program, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
