All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to Perkins Center for the Arts by stated deadlines. Phone calls will not be accepted as withdrawal notification.

Membership fees and gift certificates are not refundable.

Up to 7 days prior to the first class: Full refund, minus a $20 processing fee. 6 days prior to and until the day of 1st class: 75% refund. After 1st class, but before 2nd class: 50% refund.

No refunds will be made thereafter.

Refund Policy for Camp 2023 – Prior to June 1st, 100% of tuition will be refunded upon request. Because we reserve a space for your camper when you register, no
refunds will be made after June 1st unless advance notice is given, and we are able to fill your camper’s slot. Refunds will not be given due to absence or illness.

Closures – If Perkins Center needs to close camp for any reason, pro-rated refunds will be issued.

Ticket purchases for concerts and special events are not refundable.

If Perkins Center cancels a program, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
