CombLemons

The Combustible Lemons are a FIRST Robotics team from Moorestown High School.  Now in its 4th year, the team is tasked each year with building a robot against specific criteria to compete in tournaments against other teams around the world.  Since their conception, the Lemons have successfully qualified for district championships in each of their 3 years and have consistently won the Imagery Award for team and robot aesthetics in at least one tournament each year.

With almost 60 students in grades 9-12, the team is broken up into mechanical, electrical, and software build teams, along with project management, business, marketing, and outreach departments.  Like all FRC Teams, the Combustible Lemons are actively involved with their local community, hosting STEM-inspired events for children in the area.  They are actively supported by a number of local engineering companies such as Lockheed Martin, OPEX Corporation, and ASRC Federal Mission Solutions, with a variety of professional volunteers committing their time to help teach and train the students.
